Vegetarian food: fried tofu with mushroom sauce
Korean food. Vegetarian season(7) vegetable in sesame oil salad. a traditional korean side dish which both healthy and yummy. there are steamed cucumber, bean spout, carrot and spinach dressing with sesame oil, white sesame and salt.
Thai food. Vegetarian season(6). steamed tofu with mushroom and sweetpea in garlic and salted soy bean sauce. Instead of pan fried everything as most of Thai food, I mixed everything in the sauce and added olive oil before steaming it.
Thai food: Vegetarian Season(5). Grilled vegetable with pesto dressing
Thai food: vegetarian season(4). vegetarian fried rice. Fried rice is one of favorite quick dish among Thai. This dish is fried rice with look-a-like dried beef(made of dried mushroom)
Thai food: Vegetarian season(3). KanomPakgad, steamed white radish fried with bean spout. It is complex to prepare this dish as you have to do steamed white radish by scarping radish and mixing with rice flour before steaming. After that pan fried it with bean spout seasoning with soy sauce.
Thai food: Vegetarian season(2) Pad Thai in vegetarian version. Normally, we will have dried shrimp and shrimp in Pad Thai but we took it out and replaced with a lot of fried tofu. We call Vegetatian food in Thai that ‘Jay Food’ means no meats and all products from animals at all so egg or milk are prohibited.
Thai food: Vegetarian season(1) Around end September to early October every year is the Vegetarian Season in Thsiland. Most of restaurants have vegetarian food inspired by everyday Thai dishes. Just like this one, it is stir fried mashroom with chili, peppercorn and sweet basil served with steamed rice.
Vegetarian spaghetti - spice up vegetarian dish by topping up normal tomato sauce with mushroom, grounded dried Thai chilli and Thai basil. I mixed wholewheat and semola spaghetti in this dish and served with fresh basil.
