If you order a bowl of noodle, you can choose with or without noodle called ‘KaoLau’. This one is KaoLau Yen-Ta-Fo consists of morning glory(high vitamin A), mixed fish balls(protein), white jelly mushroom(low fat and high protein), hard boiled pork blood(sodium) and deep fried fish skin(low fat).
