Thai food. Vegetarian season(6). steamed tofu with mushroom and sweetpea in garlic and salted soy bean sauce. Instead of pan fried everything as most of Thai food, I mixed everything in the sauce and added olive oil before steaming it.
Thai food: Moo Tod: deep fried pork. Thai deep fried pork is tasty because we soak pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic and pepper before deep frying. Apart from steamed sticky rice, we also have spicy dip served together.
Thai food: fried fish balls. Meat balls, pork balls, chicken balls or shrimp balls are all delicious as same as this fish balls in deep fried until crispy. we always dip fried balls with spicy and sweet sauce.
